SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS COUNTRY WEDDINGS
If it's a beautiful day and the room is dark, everyone will
want to gravitate outside.
At an evening affair, the room should be brightly lit, with
dimmer switches to create the suitable mood.
If you're marrying outdoors, perhaps in the early evening,
will you be able to set up candles if necessary?

strategically placed to avoid accidents marring the day.
Ensure there are enough power points and ask about the
power grid -- how much power can the venue put out at

Does the venue have enough bathroom facilities?
Confirm wheelchair access and stairs that need to be

Prepare for all eventualities and be sure
to cover your bases should you have to
change dates or cancel for any reason.
